Frequently asked.
Most weddings and Signature-package events book 2–4 months out, especially for spring and fall weekends. We can often accommodate shorter notice for weekday and corporate events — call or text and we'll check the calendar.
A roughly 8×8 ft. footprint, one standard power outlet, and level ground. We handle setup and breakdown ourselves, typically arriving 60–90 minutes before your event starts.
Yes — we regularly cover the wider Hudson Valley, Fairfield County, and the five boroughs. A modest travel fee may apply outside our core service area; ask when you inquire and we'll quote it upfront.
Yes, on The Signature and The Estate — unlimited prints for the full duration of your rental, so every guest walks away with their own copy. The Essential package is digital-only, with no physical prints.
A signed agreement and deposit hold your date. Full terms are outlined in the booking agreement we send after your inquiry, and we're happy to talk through specifics before you commit.
Both — our equipment is built to run outdoors in good weather with covered power, as well as indoors. If your event is fully outdoors, let us know so we can plan for shade and a level surface.
